Gus found his forever home with us thanks to his adopted mom, Bee, who discovered him on a wild Facebook Marketplace adventure. With the help of his dad, Mr. D, an artist with an eye for character, Gus was given a new lease on life. Now, he’s here at Sights and Shades, living his best bear life, greeting customers, and keeping an eye on the latest eyewear trends.

When he's not busy making new friends, Gus enjoys the arts, traveling, and, of course, a good Coca-Cola. He’s also got a taste for fashion—after all, a bear of his stature requires bespoke glasses to match his style. Whether he's rocking his signature frames or dressing up for special events (like his upcoming hula-inspired look for the Fire and Ice Festival), Gus is always camera-ready.
